THE KAIUT YOGA METHOD HAS ARRIVED DOWNUNDER
A NEW WAY OF PRACTISING YOGA
For the first time, ongoing classes in the Kaiut Yoga Method are being taught from Australia, making this distinctive approach to yoga more accessible across Australia and the Asia-Pacific.
The Method is designed to work with your body and mind as it is today, tapping into the innate health and healing capacities within you. Through practice, address accumulated patterns of stress, tension and trauma; restore mobility; reduce pain and restriction; and build greater health, freedom, resilience and adaptability for life.
Come as you are. Uncover new possibilities.
